Recommendations

  • Explore the  small fishing villages, pebbly beaches and hidden coves of the Lizard Peninsula by bus and on foot. The long-distance South West Coast Path winds around the entire peninsula, but there are also several shorter trails inland.

  • Take a dip in the clear waters of Gyllyngvase beach then enjoy a golden hour drink in the beach café.

  • Take a boat over to St Mawes to walk the National Trust coastal path up to the St Just-in-Roseland Church, set amid beautiful sub-tropical gardens.
